Mohamed Moussa has a financial background, a sector where he worked for 15 years. In the 90s he moved to the TIC sector, just when it started to develop in Mauritania and he has moved from different positions in the sector ever since. At the beginning of his professional path he wandered himself: “What can I do to bring to my country all the facilities Internet gives to the rest of the world?” This idea clearly determined his willing to work for the Telecomm sector in Mauritania. Now he heads the top technological company in Mauritania, Top Technology.
